Students build confidence and leadership skills through conferences, public speaking opportunities, collaborative projects, and global engagement experiences.
Students are encouraged to develop leadership skills through meaningful opportunities to take initiative, collaborate with others, and contribute to the school community. Through student leadership, group activities, events, and service-oriented experiences, students learn to communicate effectively and take responsibility for their actions.
Leadership experiences provide students with opportunities to identify challenges, share ideas, make thoughtful decisions, and work toward common goals. By engaging with peers and taking on responsibilities, students develop confidence, accountability, teamwork, and respect for different perspectives.
